In addition to being a web developer, I have also worked as a team manager, leading teams of up to 20 people. When I am a supervisor, open communication, collaboration, and transparency are important to me. A strong team, in my opinion, is built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared sense of purpose. I strive to foster an environment in which everyone feels empowered to share their ideas and perspectives. The ability to motivate and inspire my team members is one of my management strengths. I believe in setting a good example, I am always willing to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty if necessary. We are able to consistently deliver high-quality work and exceed our goals by setting high standards for myself and my team.
